Refund policy

OUR RETURN POLICY- SOAP-Use our soap for 30 days, If after 30 days you don't agree that our soap makes your skin feel softer, smoother, and more hydrated than the commercially produced soap you buy at the grocery store, just return any unused soap (As well as any wrappers from the soap that has been used) along with the receipt or proof of purchase,  and I will personally return every penny you paid for the soap. (Sorry I can not refund any shipping costs)

This offer stands good up to 60 days from the date of purchase.

Customer pays for return shipping.

Please Note: Certain types of items can not be returned, such as Lotions, Body Butters, Sugar Scrubs,  Bath Soaks and other types of Personal Care items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please contact us and we will be happy to make an exchange for another one of our products.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
